Baby abroad

My sons dad wants to take him on holidays abroad for two weeks. He has only just turned 2. I think this is way to long to be away from me (he only does 2 overnights a month as per court order) I’ve told him I won’t be travelling abroad either as it would be unfair to have double standards and would rather wait till he is older before he is away from me that long. He is now taking me to court AIBU? Will he likely be granted it while son is this young

We’ve been to court twice in terms of access (kept asking for unreasonable things such as keeping baby till 10 at night) and all got sorted.
We had it put in the court order to attend mediation first but he refuses and goes straight to court. It’ll be three times in two years now and the bills keep piling up from it. I know he will eventually get holidays I just think he’s too young right now but I’m afraid I’m being unreasonable and the judge won’t be happy about it

If you feel There’s the risk of not coming back then get prohibitive steps order yourself.

a few nights away ok but he’d need to build up to 2 weeks. That’s a long time for a toddler to be away from their primary caregiver.
