My parents house was put in a trust to me and my sibling, this happened over 20 years. I would like to give my share to my children.
Only my father is alive but I’m no contact with the family (sibling and him). I want nothing to do with the house, my father has been charged with serious crimes, I don’t want my portion.
is it possible to transfer my share to my children? As I say it’s in some kind of trust, it’s not worth a huge amount, maybe £100k for the house.
