Harassing ex

Hi, my child’s father is constantly messaging me. He will find any little issue to bring up and make it a big deal. I don’t react to these messages and only respond to things concerning our child’s health etc. Blocking isn’t really an option incase of emergencies. We’ve been through court for custody and he’s been told only to contact me if it’s an emergency but he’s ignored that. What can I do about this?

If that is in the order, go back to court and for enforcement.

How old is your child? Personally I'd block his number.

I'd download one of those co parenting and a d only allow communication through those.. it also makes it a really easy to demonstrate the level of communications between you

Go through a 3rd party?

She’s only 6 so I guess blocking isn’t really an option just incase anything was to happen. Also don’t suppose anyone knows anything about barring orders to prevent it going back to court time and time again?

I think even if I got an app he would still send constant messages. He just doesn’t seem to have any shame in doing so

What about blocking him when she's with you and then unblocking him when he has her? Would reduce the amount of time he can harass you.
