Necklace woes

I ordered two pieces of jewellery from Swarovski online before Christmas for teen DD1 and DD2. The delivery company was Evri. I kept getting messages saying the product was delayed. It didn’t arrive in time for Christmas which was so disappointing. Swarovski were initially helpful but then it’s become a bit of a saga. The parcel arrived on 30th minus one (expensive) necklace. I took photos of everything and immediately emailed customer service to complain. Then they (Swarovski) went quiet despite several follow up emails. I’m so annoyed and resigned to a call centre convo tomorrow which I am so not looking forward to. How can you prove something didn’t arrive other than take pics of the package? My girls missed out on a major Christmas present - I couldn’t give one and not the other - and I’m out of pocket by over £100. It’s just beyond crap.

Just do a section 75 from your credit card company.
