My ex partner issued a claim against me in February 2021. Defence filed straight away. Mediation took place in September 2021 and failed. Since then there has been no further correspondence from the courts. I can see that the average waiting time is up to 51 weeks at the moment, but it’s been almost two years! I just want to move on with my life.
Is it possible the case has been dropped? I don’t understand what’s going on and I can never get through to them.
