Hi , can anyone advise.
When my DD died his half of the house was left in trust to DSis and myself. My mom lives in the house.
We have received a letter saying the trust has to be registered on the government website.
Does the trust have to register as we are all tenants in common on the house deeds ?

Yes, if it has been more than 2 years since he died you must register the trust.
