Hello all,
I’ve have snags open with the developers some that are nearly 6 months old. Where do I stand legally on this been completed before the 9 month deadline?

The developers have also had a sub contractor in that has caused some damage that they are yet to resolve.

Who was the developer? You will more than likely find a Facebook group.dedicated to "Unhappy Owner of......(fill in the appropriate developer's name!). There are many such groups set up.
Are you on a new estate where you will in time be paying estate charges?

@20questions thank you for the reply.

They are a relative new company. There is no reviews anywhere. Tried searching the owners and there is one article about being taken to court over a house.

Estate charges started from the get go to a management company

Ah ok. In that case if they are not one of the big, main developers then i recommend you join both the National Leasehold Campaign Facebook group and also Facebook Hornet group - you will find everyone there has issues with new build estates, estate charges, management companies (unregulated and uncapped fees!)
