My aunt needs will advice and also wants to set up a trust for a vulnerable family member to be administered after she dies (and wants me to be a trustee) Does anyone know of a trustworthy solicitor that specialises in this area? Many thanks.

Your Aunt will want a STEP solicitor. www.step.org has a list of members.

I understand MENCAP provides good advice for setting up trusts for vulnerable family members.
