Neighbour damaged shed

My neighbour rents their house and have damaged my shed roof by putting items on the roof , their drive is higher than my shed roof and I didn’t notice for an unknown time . Can I claim from the landlord , how do I get recompensed ?

Well, if your neighbours have damaged your shed roof by putting stuff on top of it (though I’m struggling to understand the layout), then surely your first port of call would be to work out how much it will cost to fix, then contacting the LL to discuss. Or am i missing something?

Your claim is against the occupier, not the landlord.
