Secure house

My parents are elderly and lived in their home for 30+ years. I have 6 siblings

7 years ago the council was thinking of moving my parents to a smaller property due a shortage of property in the area. They were devastated. I agreed to purchase the house for my parents which was placed in a trust. A will was also drawn up which states that the property should be left to me in the event of their death. I was also made executor of both their wills.

My siblings were not happy about the above and no longer speak to me. I have also decided to go non contact with them following years of abuse.

My father died recently, and I have since found my brother has POA for my mother and father. The house is my mothers.

Can my siblings get my mom (80’s) to revoke trustee and/or change will so that the inherit the house now or in event of her death?

You need legal advice.

I would hope the Trust is sufficient to prevent this. However, As long as your Mother has capacity she can change her will.
