Solicitor who cares

Hello,

I have just joined Mum.net in the hope I can find a little hope.

I wonder if anyone has found a solicitor willing to take on Children’s Services in the UK, and had a positive outcome? I cannot find a solicitor to represent me in court.

Children services took my children, 3 years ago and I have changed my life around completely, but they do not care- and they have just reduced my visits to the children from 6 times a year, to only twice a year!

Children are 7 and 8 years old.

I am devastated.

Are there any mums in my same situation UK?

Where can I find a solicitor who can see the injustice?

All the ones I contact say “Sorry , but we don’t do Children’s Services!”

Regards,

Marie Ursula

You need a solicitor who is Children Law accredited. If you go to this page www.lawsociety.org.uk/career-advice/individual-accreditations/children-law-accreditation/

and scroll down nearly to the end, where it says "Current members," you can download a list of every accredited solicitor and the court areas where they practise.
