Once you've found the will your interested in.

Do you pay and what does it tell.you.

If your a beneficiary does it give you a breakdown of estate and tell.you all the details or is it just to see the beneficiaries?

Contact the probate registry and do a search. You will need the name of the deceased , address and date of death. If probate has been obtained you can get a copy of the will. If no one has applied for probate then you can’t.

It is a copy of the will if there was one, as it was written and the value of the estate.

i have found it online from the go website and its available, and asked to purchase it for £1.50 but cant see how to pay. Does it accept debit cards?

Yes it should do. You add to basket but may need to create an account.

You also need the private certificate. The will may not reflect the value of the deceased’s estate. Probate does. My DMs will said that her estate was to be split between 5, but had no indication of the value.

Probate, not private!
