Would someone know how long it takes to get an urgent travel order from family court if these is a child arrangement order / specific issue order for travel of my child

If you already have a CAO and SIO for travel, why do you need another?

The SIO says if I have to give other parent 2 months notice. What should I do if I have to travel urgently. Do I get another order from court in emergency?

Try the simple route first - ask the other parent for their consent. If they say no, apply for a further SIO.
