Can anyone help please, i left my abusive ex 6wks ago with our son. Since then he hasn't seen his son based on SS say so. SS gave the all clear for him to start unsupervised access, 3 days ago he had video contact with his dad in prep for this and apparently all went well. Yesterday my son spent all day with his dad unsupervised. When i collected him afterwards my son was awful to me calling me a loser etc which is what his dad used to call me and tell our son to call it me. I am in shock. If i stopped access and he takes me to court would this look badly on me? What is the likelyhood he would get full or 50/50 custody?

How old is your son? It's Normal to a certain extent for kids to massively act up until they get used to going between parents though I understand it must be upsetting for you

He is 4 so still very young

Speak to the social worker this is emotional abuse of your child

Don't react to the child except telling them they are unkind words we don't use those words etc etc

Contact the school my son got extra kindness lessons when dad pulled this shit with me

@Isaidnoalready i contacted SS and school safeguarding this morning to inform them. Neither seem overly concerned. SS did ask if i wanted to stop contact but if i do my ex will take me to court for access
