My ds2 is 15, 16 in December I was married to my ex but got divorced when he pushed my pregnant daughter about in my house years ago. He moved to Cheshire about 8 years ago promised to see his son every month and send him some money up.(he's been nowhere near) his family have never bothered with my son since he was born. I'm just wondering if o can change his last name back to mine. Ds2 is non verbal.
