Selling with no agent due to divorce

Please help, I'm married, 1dc, divorcing, we need to sell the house now the divorce paperwork is being completed, there is demand locally for our home estate, many sell without using an agent to save on fees, we want to do the same. There is someone interested who have a buyer for theirs. My Q is how are we best to move out ourselves like what is the best way to do this?! my husband is the higher earner, he could afford to rent close to the move date once the sale is agreed and I guess I'd have to try and find a property ideally with no chain soon as the sales agreed and proceed with appointing the same solicitor whose sorting the sale of our marital property to oversee the purchase of my property, when the sale of the MH is done, husband gets his share and can then purchase a property then as he thinks trying to buy 2 and sell the house will be virtually impossible! Or he has advised we both get the sale agreed then all move in to a rented property until it's cleared then we both go sep ways but I relaly do not want to go there with this last option unless it's a last resort! Is there any other suggestions, have I missed something glaringly obv? We have no family to each move in with and neither feel comfortable even if we did wth the other having our child without the other parent until more formal arrangements are made and share of custody is agreed 50/50 between us hooefully out of court. Tia
