Work colleague accessed my phone

A work colleague read my phone messages when I left it over night. She has now bought charges of bullying against me and all her work colleagues even though she has been bullying individuals. What can we do?

Not much really, especially if she has evidence of you bullying and you don't have evidence of her doing it.

deal with it as individuals. And each charge on its own. Are you in disciplinary and what did she read on your phone?

Pixiedust1234 · 25/09/2022 19:20

Did she read it or take copies? If she only read then she doesn't have proof. Even the police need your permission or a warrant to access your phone.

However, why didn't you have it locked? Or did she crack your password or number code too?

PeekAtYou · 25/09/2022 19:22

Did she unlock your phone or was it unlocked ?
Did the messages that she saw amount to bullying ?
Is it a work or personal phone ?

Depends what she saw on your phone!

MrsTerryPratchett · 25/09/2022 20:15

Was it a work phone and what did she see on it?

drpet49 · 25/09/2022 20:16

I’d just say she stole your phone and obtain evidence by deception.
