Hi
just been scrolling looking what is out there for private client lawyers and seen a job advert for a knowledge lawyer

Duties will include reviewing and sharing updates and developments in the field of private client law, preparing agendas for monthly updates and offshore meetings and collating information on internal precedents and know-how.

When did that become a thing - and anyone been one?

Sounds like a professional support lawyer. Been around years. Private practice lawyer but without the fee earning.

Thanks - think I could do it but would miss client contact

PSL by another name - pretty standard. Would have gone this way if I hadn’t ended up in-house I think!
