Apologies if this does not belong on legal matters but I'm desperate for help/advice on how to deal with eBay.

I posted my car for sale (auction) on eBay in June, someone bought the car outright n then cancelled , I was charged £43 listing fee which was fair enough , I paid this.
I then tried to post my listing again, each time the post just saved to my drafts and would not list, I made contact with eBay several times, a eBay rep even mirrored me n she couldn't post from her side either. After a good 15 times I gave in however eBay added a listing fee each time I tried to post.
I have spoke to 4 people on the phone, each time they tell me it's been sorted and I won't be charged for a listing that did not list, however my account then became restricted.
I spoke to a manager through the web chat who as all the rest did assured me this is been sorted and I should not have been charged and not to worry, I requested a copy of the conversation which I have on email. Within a week I can't even access my account it's fully suspended and they are emailing me for the recovery of the funds with court and bailiff possibilities.
I can't get on my account to call or contact them n have no idea how to resolve this and want to take this further.
Sorry for the long post but I have no idea what to do.

All you can do at this stage is talk to them and point out the error of their ways. If it goes to court, you have the email as evidence. But hopefully someone will look at it and realise they've messed up before it gets that far.
