so I’ve applied for an non molestation order against my ex who left 4 months ago. Since he’s left I’ve found urine in my beauty products and also all over a brand new mattress I had bought. Obviously I cannot prove 100% it was him but both times he was alone and unsupervised when I noticed a few days later.
I also have many texts and emails of examples of his abuse to me over the last two years. I submitted the non molestation order with about 5 solid examples. He’s never hit but he’s cornered me, screamed and shouted and told me he’d kill himself because I found out his lies.
but the police have never been involved or called.
I moved all contact to emails as I couldn’t face the texts (one day it was 45 in a row)
Ive now handed all control of the email account to my sister and I have no idea the password but before hand, I actually bit back at some of the things he was saying to me. I sent about 4 emails saying I knew he was lying and what he had done to us, he just kept saying ‘I’m not responding to these false accusations’.
im now worried my out burst will deem the relationship as ‘toxic’ and I’ll be blamed for his behaviour towards me.
anyone else had similar experiences?
