Hi Ladies, I am interested to know if at the FDR hearing where the ex had no legal representation however if you had a barrister, all worked in your favour?

What application is the FDR for?

Yes I had a barrister at a FDR, the other parties represented in person.
my barrister negotiated between us and I got my claim and about 60% of my costs.
the barrister also negotiated the instalments for the defendants to pay me.
