Child Arrangement Order

Hi Guys,

I thought I would turn here and see if I could get any suggestions.
I currently have a 50/50 Child Arrangement Order. We are to follow a patter of 4 on and 4 off.
I don't really agree with this pattern as ex is a paramedic. Ex has a new partner and we definitely do not see eye to eye over anything. Only for it to have caused a harassment case against myself potentially....its based on fabricated lies to make me look unstable.

The child has had multiple issues with hygiene and there have been several over 10 appointments with the doctors (nothing untowards has gone on....we've had this checked) but how do I fight this going forward? How do I put across in my position statement that the ex clearly doesn't care for the hygiene of the child?
I'd also like to add the ex has told the child I take them to the doctors for no reason!

Social services came out and wrote a horrendous report about me.... while the ex plays the victim. How much of what is said in the report do judges listen too??

Thanks

I’m afraid I can’t help with your questions, but you’ve posted on the childrens health section, you’d get more answers in the right board.
can you email mumnsnet and ask them to move it?

Judges consider all allegations raised but might use the assistance of Cafcass, local authorities or other 3rd parties to investigate the claims: Whether they are valid and the extent of them.

If you have concerns, they will carry greater weighting if you have evidence of the incidents or having raised them with your ex.
