Unexplained charge on card, Spa not getting back to me

Looking for a bit of advice from the hive mind.

Recently went on a Spa day, prepaid for on my card, but a gift from DH (who came with me)
When there we were told we could order drinks from the bar, and chose for them to either be charged to the card on file, or pay with another card. As it was my present, DH wanted to purchase any extras.

In the end we only had 2 virgin cocktails equalling £14. He went to pay for them as we checked out and we're told the card had already been charged, annoying, but not a huge deal.

Fast forward a few weeks later, looking through my transactions and there is the £14 charge for drinks, but also a £55 charge that we have no idea what for. The spa day was prepaid and we didn't have any extras.

Have contacted the spa a number of times and either not getting a response, or they are fobbing me off saying they'll pass me to another department, and then I hit a dead end.

Getting more and more frustrated with it now and want it resolving.

A.Would like to know what the £55 charge is that I didn't consent to.
B. I would like to get my money back as we're pretty sure it's a mistake.
C. I'm now a bit concerned that my card is being used fraudulently.

I've sent a further email today outlining the above concerns and asking for it to be looked into and dealt with today, but no response. Have also asked for my card details to be removed from their systems due to worries around fraud.
Have also stated if I don't get a response then I'll have to look into reporting it to the relevent authorities.

Do i need to do anything else? Where would I go with this?! Doubt the police, but if it's fraud?

Help.....!

It's a very fancy spa attached to a hotel, I'm quite shocked and annoyed by lack of response and customer services as I bloody love the spa and out of principle won't be able to go back now!

Contact them again and say you are telling the bank there was a fraud transaction from the spa and and the police fraud and leave a review about lack of response if by 5 pm tomorrow you have not had the manager contact you to refund and explain.

Tell the card company that it was unauthorised and ask for a chargeback. They should refund you.

They will then go to the spa, and I bet they get a speedier answer. If it turns out the charge was legitimate for whatever reason, the bank will ask you to repay.

Thank you! I've sent them another email telling them I'm contacting my bank and reporting it as fraud
