Dd had a quote for double glazing 5 weeks ago.
She accepted the quote by email but asked some questions.
They were never answered including a question for date of installation.
After 2 unanswered emails she found another company and ordered from them.
Today the original company have emailed to say the glazing is ready and they want to arrange installation.
Is dd legally obliged to pay for the original glazing?
On the Which site it says dg companies must give a date for the installation on the contract.
Any advice gratefully received.
