False car damage accusation

Apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place, but didn't know where to put this. I'm probably massively overthinking things but I have a lot of stress in my life at the moment, I've lost all my self confidence and have no one to ask for advice in real life. Earlier today I went to the supermarket with my husband who has severe mental health problems. I parked up next to a woman who was sat, alone, in the driver's seat of her car, on her phone. She was parked next to the drivers side of my car and I got out of the drivers door, went round the other side of the car and helped my husband get out. We then got some bags out of the boot of the car, so it had been a good few minutes since I'd opened the drivers door and got out, when she suddenly got out of her car and shouted at me, accusing me of really bashing my drivers door hard into her front passenger door. I definitely did not do this. I was deliberately very careful when opening my car door. I denied it and asked her to show me where I'd supposedly hit her door. We both looked at the passenger door of her car, which was full of scratches, but no dents and there were no dents on my drivers door. My dh also looked and couldn't see any damage to either car, although he told me after that he'd noticed lots of scratches all over the back of her car. She then quickly got back in her car and we walked away. I was very shaken up after the way she'd shouted at me and when I glanced back she'd already driven off. I am adamant I didn't hit her car. However, my husband, who has psychosis and an anxiety disorder, started worrying me by saying she might have taken my registration number and gone to her insurance company or the police and it would be my word against hers. He said she'd probably try and blame all the scratches on me and try and claim thousands from me. She never asked me for any insurance or contact details, she just jumped back in her car and drove away. I'm really worried that the police or my insurance company will contact me and take her word over mine. I'm sorry if I sound neurotic but as mentioned previously, I have a lot of stress going on at the moment and, with my husband going on and on about it, this has really upset me. Any advice as to what the possible outcomes could be, will be gratefully received. Thanks.
