Breach of financial order

Hi all I was hoping I could maybe get some advice on how to proceed with my ex who has recently breached a financial court order! He’s self employed so has been actively playing the CMS for many years. I was advised to go to court and secure an agreement privately to ensure that he would pay for his two children until they are 18. The agreement was rubber stamped and sealed in January he then deliberately underpaid/ paid later and then finally didn’t pay at all leaving me in a financial black hole once again! He’s a six figure earner and I have only ever requested enough to cover my mortgage payment which is £500
less than what the CMS were advising he pay so I’m not in it for the money! What do I do? Do I take it back to court will he just continue to thumb his nose at the system Id hoped that once a judge confirmed that my ex had deliberately and intentionally hid his assets and actively avoided paying for his children the embarrassment would be enough to make him see sense but clearly
not! Any advice or assistance on how to move forward would be much appreciated! Thank you

Are you able to ask the court to order an attachment of earnings, so that you are paid directly from his employer?

I requested this in the beginning but because he’s self employed he simply moves his salary around and fabricates loans/debt to make the amount less! The current order states that he pays the fixed amount of the mortgage total at the very least each month which he agreed to do but since then all I’ve had is him doing what he always does and messing me around I go to my solicitor they send him a letter then the next month he pays but then few months later back to messing around again and we just go round and round I’m literally at my wits end

Warrant of execution (not as drastic as it sounds) would send the bailiffs round. Either that or a Judgment Summons (prison sentence unless he can prove he simply cannot afford it, for which he would need a change of circumstances.

Tell the children, shame him so that he could see some reason through them

which is £500 less than what the CMS were advising he pay

Go through cms.

after avoiding us for 5 months we were finally graced with the ex's presence today, totally admitted he's a Disney dad and doesn't pay enough for the shit we put up with (she's a 13yo twat atm)

Sorry I forgot to say there that ex once threatened me with cms, I told him to go look at the calculator for what he would be due. Shat his pants and was all nicey again.
