Hi all,
Don't know if I've posted this in the correct thread but here goes. My ex partner is taking me to court for the second time, first time he didn't agree to the courts arrangements which was contact center for the first few months so it got dismissed but he didn't show for the last court hearing so didn't know. He's now taking me back but I've recently found out that he's not allowed to see his youngest daughter with his other ex due to threatening some with a machete and he's living in the woods in a tent.My question is do I contact social services to write a letter to me to give to the court explaining this? He lives 5 hours away from me so do I ask SS where he lives or SS where I live?

Contact ss where the child lives and ask them to contact ss where the incident took place. Provide evidence not just gossip/rumour/ allegations.

The incident took place inside the house whilst the child was there, it's my ex admitting to doing it.
