Can anyone tell me what happens?

Yes - the judge was most reluctant to even consider it, and sent me off with his solicitor to see if we could reach a compromise. His solicitor tried to bully another 10k out of me. I offered £500 as my top offer, which she finally accepted on his behalf because she knew it wasn’t going to fly. Glad I got rid!! (I was representing myself because I sacked my incompetent solicitor.)

Mine doesn't involve money. I have to apply to the court to be able to sell my house if my children are still under the age of 18 (they are 15 and 12)

Emm, I wish you well with this. I can’t tell you how it will go, but I imagine if it’s not vexatious (as it was in my case, with my ex just doing it for the hell of it), the judge will give it due consideration.
