I"m selling my mum's house under probate Our solicitor is firefighting due to staffing issues, so has caused a lot of delay. The buyer is threatening to pull out if we don't meet the completion date, because they need to move out of their rented house. New tenants are moving in, so they can't extend their lease, and may need to take a 6 month lease on a rental instead.

Someone has suggested we list our empty property on Airbnb and let them stay there for a nominal fee for a short time until the sale completes.

Are there any legal implications I need to consider?
