Vacated hearing

Hi

quick question if anyone knows The answer. Was on track for FDR next week and ex’s solicitor has vacated the hearing. I’ve only Just found out via an email from HMCTS. Being as I am the applicant and didnt agree to this are they allowed to do this? Thanks

I've had a few vacated recently due to lack of judges. It might be that. But no, if the other side ask for an adjournment the court should seek your views before making a decision.
