Hello all.
My stbxh owes me almost £18k in child maintenance arrears &
£17k in unpaid spousal aliment arrears.
He has a business in the US and is spending more time there & I suspect has a us bank account (although he denies this)
I do have court orders extracts that he has these arrears & ongoing obligation to pay.
Can anyone advise if I'm able to instruct a us solicitor to go after his us assets? Or instruct him to be pursued there ? I know the state he is in take a dim view of "deadbeat" dads.
I just don't know if his debts here are enforceable there ? Anyone ever came across such a thing?
