Is this a scam??

Received this text message. Don’t want to call the number incase it’s a scam and I end up being charged significantly for calling the number.

That’s awful though. If my elderly mother received that message she would be scared to death.

Text back and say 'is this regarding 221B Baker Street*, only I can't get there by 4, will 4.30 do? '
They'll be in Nigeria or some such, won't have read Sherlock Holmes and say 'yes' = proof of scam

Sochorecka there are at least 5 grammatical/punctuation errors in this text so I wouldn't trust it

I have just received a message from them, I rang them and they couldn’t tell me what my debt was so I’m very sceptical

I had this exact text today with a different number within the text and the man that answered was very threatening and abusive so I wondered if anyone did turn up? As I have 2 young children and scared

I’ve not had anyone turn up and I’ve had 3 messages off of them, first time I rang he said his name was James Bond.
