I don’t really understand how the solicitors for the claimant and the defendant interact in these matters and whether all conversations are logged or whether there are ‘off the record’ conversations in which they discuss the case informally.
I just wondered as my solicitor says we don’t get email copied into all correspondence between parties whether there are behind the scenes discussions or whether the interacts consist purely of what I see in letters, so for me that very little is happening.
