My estranged DF passed back in January. We were not in touch as he chose his new wife over his old family. We have no idea of the contents of his will and we don't trust his wife to execute it in the way my DF would have wanted. She has refused to let us see his will so we are unsure what to do next. I have registered with the probate registry so will see his will after probate has been granted but will he even need probate as everything will pass to her. Is there anyway of getting access to his will at all? Will he need probate? I am confused about the way it all works and would appreciate any advice as it is all alien to me!
