Lucy suffered severe mental health problems as a teen which resulted in a admission for a couple of years in hospital including a locked wards under the mental health act. Before lucy was sectioned she was charged with knife carrying and assault ( she didn't use the knife) She did go to court but was told its was going into admin. This was almost 20 years ago and she is fully recovered.
She was 16-17 at the time.
Will this show up on a pvg check Scotland?
