Hi there I need some advice. My child's father applied for a children's arrangement order (spend time with). On his application he said that our child was at risk from alcohol and substance abuse (cocaine), these are false allagations that have been made against myself. On my acknowledgement form that I had to send back to the courts I stated on there that I would like the court to order myself and my childs father a drug test so there is no confusion around this mater. Now my question is will the court order this if I have asked for this?
