Have posted in another topic but posting here to get the legal take on this hopefully.
Ex has not complied with the Court's time-frame of C0 to transfer a large sum of money to me. Have had Nisi but not Absolute yet.
What are my options now? How long should I wait before I take further action? I've already reminded him of his legal obligations by an informal message but have heard nothing back.
