Hi, I wonder if anyone is experiencing the same? I've applied for divorce in Feb, aware of the change in law and didn't want to face the new 20 weeks cooling off period. We did the application ourselves as consensual and were waiting for decree nisi. Then 3 days before the change in law I received an email that went into spam saying that the application could not proceed as I didn't specify my husband cheated with a woman as opposed to a man. I have been trying to log in on the portal to make the amend and pay the penalty for not clarifying etc and have not been able to access the system since the change in law. I can't log in or use the web char as if my profile disappeared. I am trying to call the helpline but no one answers. Do you think k I'll have to apply again and lose the £595 already paid because we didn't complete by the 6th April? Is there a way to contact that is actually manned by rel humans instead of a chat bot? Are any other people having the same problem? Many thanks
