Non molestation order?

I think my ex partner is stalking me. I left him last year and took the kids and had to basically move home and the kids school without his knowledge due to safeguarding. We haven't yet been court for child arrangements but he says he's doing the paperwork.

This last week, ive had to give up my allotment as New Era think it's too high risk me being up there now as my ex partner has got a plot there too as of last month - conveniently the one right next to mine despite 9 or 10 others being available. Hes been messaging my parents constantly about everything I do up there - why did I move flower boxes etc just to let me know hes watching what I do

Today he's messaged my parents saying he knows what school the kids go -no idea how as no one who knows where the kids go have told him and the school have confirmed they haven't either. He wants 50/50 access to everything despite never having it before. The only way for him to know is to have followed us -he keeps saying he's figured what area I live so absolutely terrifying.

Is this enough for a non molestation order? I cant cope with the constant harrassing and intimidating anymore

I jolly well hope so. I am sorry but I have no experience of this but I am posting in the hopes that those who do will respond.

If you moved because of safeguarding issues then you should contact the police. Were the police involved at the time you left. You parents need to report his calls to the police, keep his texts then block him. You need to tell the school that he is not to collect them and inform your childrens safeguarding team. Have you got home security.
