Property sale

I wonder can anyone offer advice; I wish to sell a property I bought with my partner in joint names. We lived there together only 6 months, I paid all mortgage payments from day one until mortgage was paid off. Unfortunately, I never had his name removed from deeds. He agrees I own all equity. Am I able to sell and have all funds paid directly into my bank account? He is willing to sign to agree to this..

If he is willing to sign the necessary papers there is no problem with you selling and receiving all the funds from the sale.

Thanks for response. Would there be a specific form he would need to sign?

Talk to your conveyancer. As he is a joint owner, he will have to sign the contract and other documents.
