Mistake on RTM application

Any solicitors who might be able to reassure me (or not)? I renewed the lease on my flat in 2020 and the Land Registry has still not lodged the details despite being chased up by me and my solicitor. I know they have a backlog but it does seem a very long time.

In the meantime I and and a number of other leaseholders in the block have formed a RTM company and our solicitor has submitted our application to take over the management of the building to the freeholder. Unfortunately, they have included the date of the original lease and details of a car parking space that no longer exists.

Do these errors or omissions mean that the freeholder could say that the application is not valid or use it as a means to delay?

I'd say it's very unlikely that the Freeholder can delay based on what you have said.

Have you contacted Land Registry yourself to chase the updated lease extension?
