Asking for a friend. My friend was in family Court recently and her ex lied his way through. The judge would not let her submit any evidence or refute his statements verbally at all. As this looks likely to escalate, she wants to get her ducks in a row, so she can show clearly that he lied. She was wondering if there is any record of the hearing, and if so can she request a copy?
