So,my son is ten in March,his father has never been involved,barely pays maintenance and only met him a handful of times. In May it'll be 2 years since he saw him last. After that an argument was had where he sent me verbal abuse and threats of physical violence. He's no declared he's been to a solicitor today to take me to court for access.any advice on how much he may get? Once the solicitor finds where I live will he tell my sons father?
