Filling out a legal form for someone else?

Is this allowed?

I am involved in a small claims case against two defendants. One is denying any involvement (despite this being untrue) yet is also openly filling out the paperwork for the other defendant, everything apart from their signature. It’s not the first time they’ve done this and it’s total obvious as it’s the same handwriting as is on their own form.

Are they allowed to do this?

Thanks

Yep, anyone can fill out a form as long as the appropriate person signs it.

For example a solicitor could fill out a form for someone and the client could sign it.
