Denied covid vaccine certificate/pass

Hi,

I'm looking for some advice please.
I had my second covid vaccine in one if the Chanel Islands, a UK crown dependency, using NHS vaccines and I have my vaccine card and an email from their government to prove that I had it.

Six months later I am still being denied a covid pass by the Welsh government on the basis that they do not have a data sharing agreement with the crown dependency that vaccinated me.

If I was a citizen of the crown dependency who had received a vaccine in the UK all I would have to do is provide a photograph of my vaccine card and some supporting evidence to receive my pass.

I am so frustrated and stressed out by this situation. I travel for work and it has cost me jobs. It is also starting to cause me anxiety as I can see covid passes being used more and more and I worry about being left to fall through the cracks despite being fully vaccinated.

I have been trying to get help for the last six months, I am in near constant contact with the Welsh Health minister's assistant only to be repeatedly told that they are aware of the situation but do not have a solution yet.
I just really don't know what to do.

Is it worth trying to get a lawyer? If so, what kind of lawyer should I contact?
Any advice very gratefully received.

Can you not get vaccinated again -- it will be your booster technically but satisfy the 2nd jab req that Wales wants... ( I think ? )

We moved during the roll out, from England to wales. I lucky had both Vaccines in wales so everything was fine. My partner has had so much hassle as he had his 1st in England 2nd in wales, he can’t get a vaccine passport as he’s not double vaccinated on either system. He has been told to do his booster in wales and then he will be able to have a pass.

Thanks.

I thought of this but unfortunately they do know that I have had it as I rang my gp and health board and gave them all the information in the hope that they could update my records and I could get a pass. They updated my records but apparently I still can't get a pass because the person that gives the vaccine has to be the one to fill out the form that allows you to get the pass.

I have actually had my booster now as well but they are not showing boosters on the Welsh covid pass.

Sorry, I'm new to the app and don't know how to reply to people.

I think I might really be in trouble now as I had my booster in England.

I was under the impression that the data sharing was in place between UK nations...

What a mess.
