At our first appt the judge ordered that only pensions for the period we were married (2 years married, separate 10 years ago) are to be taken into account in regards to our finances and ordered that we provide CEV's by a deadline, which was 14 days ago. I gave him mine (for the second time) but am yet to receive his. I have a feeling he won't even turn up to the hearing.
I just wondered what could possibly happen in either scenario:
Exh turns up but without CEV
Exh doesnt turn up at all.
He has dragged this out for years. I just wanted a clean break, he is going out of his way to make sure I don't get one.
