Copy of Will - will executor be notified?

Hi mumsnetters, hopefully someone can provide me with some reassurance. If you request a copy of a will from Gov.uk following probate being granted, is the executor informed that someone has requested a copy (and if so who has requested the copy?) My logical mind tells me that due to GDPR etc that the executor would not be notified but I just wanted to check?

Can anyone advise please? Thank you

No one is notified. It’s a public document.

Nope. Nobody will know

Apologies for jumping in on this post, but I requested a copy of a will today via the gov website. It says I'll be able to view it online, does anyone know how long it takes?

You get a notification of estimated delivery date normally about 2 or 3 days.
