Hi,

Basically l am in the process in completing my husband's Further leave to remain application

He is applying under catergory b with current employer for less than 6 months. I am stuck on how to calculate his gross income 12 months prior to his application

His previous employment was unsalaried

A. I understand that gross income needs to be added up from the past 12 months BUT

I want to include OVERTIME that he worked over that period. I just want to know if l combine the overtime as it is with thr gross income or if l need to calculate it separately.

Hi, sorry I hadn't come back on since the other day. Okay that is not something i had to deal with so much as the accountant done it. But I would be inclined to add it all in together because it's all income at the Ed of the day. But then they want to know what earnings/potential is, and obviously over time is not always set in stone.
