My ex has just been found guilty in court and will be sentenced in a few weeks.

Due to the nature of the charges, he was already limited to supervised visitation whilst we awaited the trial.

Where do I go to find out where we stand now in regards to him being allowed contact now he's been found guilty? I'd obviously prefer none at all, but knowing our legal system that won't be the case!!

Do I call the police? Social services? Cafcass?
As we're not together I'm not entirely in the loop!

Any advice would be welcome!!

See a solicitor and consider applying for the order to be varied.

Hi,

I'm already doing that, we have a hearing scheduled for November but I need to know what I do in the interim?
I don't know if someone will be contacting me or if we just carry on as we have been until his sentencing?
