Change to child's living arrangements

Hi,
I'm new to this site. I hoping for advice from anyone who's gone through similar.
My daughter (13yrs old), has found it difficult in her current living arrangements. She is the middle child of 5, and has temper issues. Her mother and I have verbally reached the agreement that she comes to live with me permanently. As it would be in her best interests. My daughter has also expressed the desire to live with me.

Has anyone else been through this? who do i need to contact regarding the change of living arrangements? i know i need to speak to the school and her GP. But who else do i need to inform?

Do i need to contact the courts in anyway?

Not sure there's anyone else save for the CMS (if they are involved). There would need to be a review of maintenance generally, with you paying for two children and the mother paying you for your daughter.

Of course get the child benefit transferred to you and see what benefits you may be able to claim.

As well as the above - dentist, and any clubs she attends. Also, if she is seeing anyone regarding her temper issues (or for any other reason) it may be a good idea to contact them directly even if they’re NHS.

You should probably ask her mother for your DD’s passport (if she has one) and order a birth certificate if you don’t all ready have one.
